Christmas 2016

Author: Annetta

Hi again! With the start of the Silly Season nearly upon us, I thought I would try to help out by showcasing some of our popular Christmas products, as well as some of my personal favourites!

You know, it always amazes me how quickly the time between packing up the Christmas decorations and getting them out again just seems to grow shorter and shorter each year.  I still remember when you didn’t see a decoration or mention of Christmas until December!!! Crazy stuff!

The upside of this of course is that we now have more time than ever to share the magic with our friends and family.  We also have great new traditions such as Christmas in July, which for us in Australia gives us a glimpse of what a cold Christmas actually feels like!

Lets start off with our tried and true Golden Christmas design, featuring the classic tree on a red and green background.  We have Dinner Plates in packs of 8, Paper Cups in packs of 8 and plastic rectangular tablecovers all in this matching design.

A new range this year is Holiday Santa – featuring the iconic Santa Clause with a sack of toys just about to head down the chimney.  This range has Dinner Plates in packs of 8, Paper plates in packs of 8, Luncheon sized napkins in packs of 16 as well as a great large sized 39.5cm double sided Holiday Santa Cutout to add to the fun!

If you like to mix and match, or have a colour scheme in mind, we also have both plastic and paper solid colour tableware available, such as the Unique Ruby Red Napkins in packs of 16 or the Five Star Apple Red plastic Dinner plates in packs of 25, an economic way to serve more!  Talking about a lot to feed – Plastic Tablecover Rolls are also available - these are 30m long so will do approx. 15 rectangular tables!

Five Star Partyware

Personally, I love a table full of decorations and a centrepiece.  Luckily in the past couple of years some great decorations have come out that can really give your table the finishing touch.  My personal favourites are the Honeycomb Santa who is 35.5cm high, the Honeycomb Snowman measuring 30.4cm high and the Honeycomb Santa Hat, coming in at 30.4cm high.  These are cute and can be folded up for the next party!

If you are after a little fun, Christmas Photo Props are a great addition.  These usually consist of thick card props attached to plastic sticks and equate to lot of funny photos!  This one from Unique comes with 10 props including glasses, reindeer antlers, a top hat, a carrot nose, Santa Beard and Hat!

Or, if you are seeking costumes instead, we have Santa suits, beards, Santa bells... even Summer Santa suits with short sleeves, shorts and thong covers!

To top it all off, we have lots of cupcake picks, treat bags (we even have some with reindeers – so cute!), Xmas themed wine bottle labels, door posters and much much more!

Reindeer Treat Bags

Hopefully I have helped with a couple of my favourite Christmas things...  At the end of the day its all about sharing time with our loved ones, creating memories and instilling the magic of Christmas into the next generation.  To achieve that gives everyone a little more faith in humanity and gives us good tidings into the next year.  Probably a little cliché I know, but it doesn't hurt to have a little more hope in our lives, does it?

Until next time, take care and I hope you have a safe and joyous holiday period.
